Gary and I got each other an early Christmas present this week. I broke our point and shoot Nikon Cool Pics digital camera during Elliott's 10 month photo shoot a couple of weeks ago. He leaned over the side of the rocking chair and started to fall. Momma Bear snapped into action, I threw down the camera and leapt at lightning speed to catch him. I caught him by the arm, barely avoiding a serious knot on his head, but the camera wasn't so lucky.
We had been talking about buying a nicer camera for a while now, but this gave us the push we needed to take action. We opted for the Canon EOS Digital Rebel T2i. I still have a lot to learn, but I already love it! I've been E's personal paparazzi since it came in the mail on Wednesday. We're looking in to taking some classes soon.
