8 Questions.

My friend Aleasa, over at "Happy Life", tagged me on her blog a few days ago to answer some questions.  I haven't had a chance to sit down and respond, so tonight I am finally posting this little Q&A session.  The rule is that I answer her 8 questions, then I tag 8 people, giving them 8 new questions to answer.  It should be fun, so here goes...

1. What is your current favorite song?

This is hard, I like so many.  But, if I have to pick just one, I'd say "In Your City" by Phil Wickham.  I've been wearing this song out lately.  It is so encouraging.  Listen to it.


2. What were you doing last year at this time?

We had just found out the Kroger next door to our salon was planning to expand.  As a result, our landlord was not resigning our lease.  I signed a new lease on a space in Park Hill at the end of October, and the first week in November we began remodeling this new location.  A year later, the Kroger still hasn't started its expansion, but we have tripled our space and our staff at the new location.  I guess everything happens for a reason, right?

3. Name your top three TV shows.

In this order:  "Vampire Diaries", "Glee", and "16 and Pregnant" (I know, I'm crazy, but it sucks me in!).

4. What's your favorite restaurant or cuisine? or both?

Cuisine is Mexican, and restaurant is Las Palmas.

5. What's for dinner tonight?

Gadwall's cheeseburger with the rents and sister.

6. What's new for you in 2011?

A trip to Europe!!

7. If you could bring back one trend, what would it be?

Overalls! I used to love me some overalls in the 90s.  They are so comfy, but I think people would think I was crazy if I wore them now.

8. What is your favorite piece of decor or furniture in your house? (pictures if you've got 'em!)
