Woke up this morning from a 10 hour sleep to a crisp 53 degrees! Since today is my day off, and the weather felt so wonderful, I decided to get in a long run this morning. 8 miles never felt so good! It's interesting to me how the further I run, different parts of my body hurt. The first 3 miles it's my calf muscles, then about mile 3 that goes away and I feel it in my knees until about mile 6, then that pain subsides and moves to the joints in my hips and pelvis area. Any other runners experience this?
Today I'm going to do some cleaning, including a deep cleaning of our kitchen cabinets, inside and out, as well as our pantry shelves. Wish me luck!
